S.H. Post is a graduate of the City University of NY, with a post-graduate degree
from Adelphi University. He maintains an active presence in the literary and arts
world through the Long Island Writers' Guild, the NY Writers' Coalition, the
Hudson Valley Writers' Center, the Northport Arts Coalition and the Smithtown
Township Arts Council, among others. His appearances include lectures at
Molloy College, Adelphi University, NY City's Small Press Book Fair, Huntington
Book Revue, NAC's "Sundays in the Park", other book stores and venues across 7
states.
His passion for history and heritage, fueled by a generation of period interest and
research, is supported by his affiliation with the Historical Novel Society as well
as the St. George's Society of New York and their long-standing charitable works.
His writing directly supports fund raising for the Center For HOPE (grief
counseling & children's bereavement) and other causes.
He resides with his wife and four children on Long Island, New York.
